How It Works

1. Private Virtual Strategy Sessions
Each participant will receive two private 60-minute Zoom sessions.
​
• 1:1 with Ayce Kyptyn: Virtual Presence & Digital Authority
In this private session, we’ll look at your digital presence and identify the highest-leverage area to focus on right now. This might include your website, reviews, social platforms, or aligned visibility opportunities. The goal is not to fix everything at once, but to create clarity, direction, and momentum. You’ll leave with a focused plan you can implement so your visibility begins to support your authority, your client flow, and the next level of your work.

• 1:1 with Lindsay A. Miller: Visual Brand & Leadership Identity
In this private session, we’ll define the visual identity that matches the level of leadership you’re stepping into. When you’re clear on who you are, what you stand for, and how you want to be seen, your presence shifts, and people feel it. Rather than creating everything at once, we’ll identify the highest-leverage direction for your imagery. You’ll leave with a strategic visual blueprint for your photoshoot and brand presence so your visuals convey authority, depth, and magnetism.

2. Monthly Group Strategy + Implementation
Each month we’ll meet for two 90-minute virtual calls. This is where we refine your brand, sharpen your message, and maintain real momentum.
​
You’ll leave with clear next steps.
You’ll be expected to follow through.
We provide the structure and the room.
What you create inside it is up to you.

This is a collaborative experience for leaders who want to grow alongside other committed, high-level practitioners.

3. In-Person Retreat + Brand Photo Shoot
May 11–14 | Colorado

This is where things get real.
This isn’t a full brand shoot.
It’s a strategic starting point clarity, direction, and visual alignment.

We’ll capture strong, grounded imagery you can begin using right away.
We’ll map your brand and offerings in real time.
You’ll be in a room with other leaders who take their work seriously and still know how to be human.

There will be space for depth, connection, and actual fun.
Because the right room changes everything. For many, this becomes the foundation they continue building on long after the in person event ends.
THE INVESTMENT
The full investment for The Field Cohort will be $7,500+ when the program officially launches in August 2026.

Because this is our first cohort, the investment is at a reduced rate: $5,000.

Brand Ambassador Option
For a limited number of participants, there is an opportunity to step into a Brand Ambassador role for a further discounted rate.

This conversation came out as I was debriefing my personal experience of my recent photoshoot with Lindsay Miller. We didn’t plan to record this. It’s raw. Unfiltered.
A real moment in the middle of this process from Ayce.
​
This wasn’t just about photos. It was about integration.
Reconciling parts of myself I had kept separate for survival.
​
In the second clip, I talk about something that surprised me.
For most of my life, I was seen as the “nice,” soft, safe person.
But there was a gritty, grounded, powerful part of me that had been pushed down. This shoot gave me the space to step into that. To feel it. To express it. To let it be seen.
​
At one point, I described it as breaking through stained glass.
It's now becoming a core memory.
A turning point in how I see myself and how I allow myself to be seen.
​
This is what happens when you’re held in a space that is safe enough for the truth to emerge.
