I’ve been a leader of leaders throughout the United States for over 20 years!

It’s been a really natural progression to go from working with students to coaching executive leaders within my career trajectory. Notice I said natural, not easy! In fact, it has been an incredibly intentional trajectory that at times has been really painful. One thing that I've learned throughout my professional career is to really lean into the now. There’s something right here, right now that we are meant to experience within this moment. Life is one of our greatest teachers, if we are willing to be vulnerable to the process.

Check out the video below to see how I've been leaning into life recently!

Ayce Kyptyn has played a profoundly healing role in my journey back into the community after more than 10 years away. Living with chronic PTSD, I found in Ayce someone who offered unwavering support, deep compassion, and gentle guidance that helped me feel safe enough to re-emerge. Through his events, such as KinkBound and personal encouragement, I was able to open up in ways I hadn’t in years—reconnecting with my silly, playful side as well as my sensual, sexual self. Ayce also helped me realize it was not only okay, but important, to seek therapy, which has been life-changing. I cannot repay what Ayce has given me. His events are consistently upscale and luxurious, creating beautiful, well-held spaces for connection and exploration. I am truly honored and deeply grateful for his support, wisdom, and compassion. Thank you, Ayce. You’ve made a lasting difference in my life. — The Sydney Sol
