ENERGETIC
The energetic loves anticipation, space, tease, really playing with 'touching but not touching,' all of those really fun things. They like the energy. And some of them really get into the spiritual aspect of sexuality. Yes, sex and spirit can go together, and so there's this sense of I'm reaching or attaining enlightenment through my sexual energy.
The Energetics tend to be sensitive and need time to assimilate sexual touch; too much, too fast turns them off. On the Shadow side, getting caught in oversensitivity can create numbness and short-circuit their turn-on.
SENSUAL
A sensual is turned on by having all of their senses ignited. That can be contouring deep, sensual touch; that can be taste—chocolate; the environment—candles; music; just really making that environment.
A Sensual brings beauty to the erotic experience. Like Energetics, Sensuals opssess the Superpower of being able to orgasm without genital touch. On the Shadow side, Sensuals are notorious for getting caught in their heads and not being able to relax into a sexual encounter.
SEXUAL
The sexual loves nudity; they love penetration; they like frequent intercourse; they can really get into orgasm; and they can get upset if they're not getting enough sex—if they're not getting enough orgasm. They like erotic visuals, they like self-pleasuring, or masturbation. Sexuals, they love sex!
A Sexual is most likely able to go from zero to sixty in no time. They are simple in their sexuality, but do not lack a feeling of depth. The challenge with most Sexuals is that they miss the journey of a fully realized sexuality that invites and includes the pleasure of all the Erotic Blueprint Types.
KINKY
A kinky is turned on by taboo. Taboo could be whips and chains, or it could be sex in missionary style. It just depends what really turns you on.
The biggest Superpower is that the Kinky is endlessly creative and playful. A common Shadow is that they often have deep shame about their taboo desires.
SHAPESHIFTER
The shapeshifter is somebody who's turned on by all of these. They love it all, they want it all, and often want a lot of it. They have a huge appetite and a broad palate for many forms of pleasure.
The Shapeshifter is highly erotically intelligent. This often gets mistaken for being too complex or needy. One unique Superpower is that they can shapeshift to please any lover--it's like being able to speak many languages fluently. On the flip Shadow side of that coin, they may also be continually catering to the needs of their partner's Blueprint, instead of communicating what it is that they desire!
