Monday Matters

Can you relate to this: Sunday evening anxiety?

As humans, we spend a considerable amount of our lifetime, working. But what if what you are doing is draining the energy from your soul? The thought of endless to do lists, sitting through more pointless meetings, being "voluntold" to engage in yet another project etc. Working for someone else can have it perks, but it can easily lead to the mundane, or worse if we are not careful.

Recently, I've had a number of engaging conversations with professionals within my community around this very concept. It seems like many of us feel trapped in the mundane, mostly because it's all we know.

If you find yourself stuck in life, know that only you have the power to change it! There's something exhilarating about doing what you love. This doesn't mean it's easy, but it does mean that you're spending your lifetime doing something that brings you more joy. Do yourself a favor, and show up for yourself.

We all have a choice. How we spend our Mondays...matter!
