Updated: Oct 19
A lot of people are curious about what I offer as a somatic sexologist, and it’s incredibly client specific…but here’s a sampling, reach out if you are curious!
* Gender Exploration: supporting individuals in exploring their gender identity and sexuality, helping them connect with their bodies and desires.
* Pleasure and Intimacy: helping individuals reconnect with pleasure, navigate intimacy, and develop new skills for communication and relationships.
* Trauma Healing: the somatic approach can be particularly helpful for those who have experienced trauma, including sexual trauma, by addressing the body’s response to past experiences.
* Addressing Challenges: addressing issues like pelvic pain, numbness, or challenges with orgasm, as well as helping individuals shift unwanted sexual patterns, disassociation, and dysphoria.
* Embodied Consent: fostering a deeper understanding of consent, helping individuals connect with their desires and preferences, and getting exactly what they want or need.

What would you like to explore?
Your starting point might be a question, a desire, or something you’ve never quite said out loud. We’ll talk about what you want and how I can best resource you.
