Through pain, we have an opportunity to grow. I know this, because I've experienced some really intense pain, and I'm on the other side! Our pain can immobilize us or it can mobilize us, depending on how we choose to lean into it. See how I've learned to become mobilized through my journey with pain.

Ayce Kyptyn has played a profoundly healing role in my journey back into the community after more than 10 years away.
