This is ongoing, embodied support that combines regular virtual coaching sessions with up to four in-person somatic sessions. We work directly with sensation, nervous-system response, and pattern—tracking what’s alive and meeting it as it unfolds. The focus is sustained change—so what opens is supported, integrated, and able to take root instead of collapsing once the moment passes.
